What changed
Every change to the wheel, newest first. You are on version 0.11.
Version 0.11
Live sessions: a wheel becomes a room with rules — one spin each, a draw an audience watches, winners removed as drawn, quorum spins, hidden-until-reveal boards — hosted from a free account, joined with nothing but the link, drawn on the server so the rules hold. Pictures on wheels: your own photos on the face, the hub and single segments, resized in the browser and never uploaded. The job pages grew a family for creators — Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube giveaways, and a stream wheel for OBS — and a guides section arrived, from picking a winner fairly to organizing Secret Santa, each guide illustrated with diagrams. A header navigation now carries the gallery, the guides and every job page.
Version 0.10
The desk was rebuilt for a phone: the wheel takes the full width of the screen, the toolbar is two short rows, and the links beneath it fold behind one control. Settings that were checkboxes are switches. Saved wheels moved into the toolbar, next to the language and theme controls. Share links are short now and are served from this domain. New pages: a gallery of published wheels with the story behind each one, eight pages about particular uses, and a page on how a draw is made and what it does not promise.
Version 0.9
The list gained a text view you can paste a whole register into and edit line by line. Names are renamed in place, each entry can carry its own colour, and repeated names fold into a single row. A wheel saves to a file and opens again from one. Spin length is a slider from one to sixty seconds, volume has its own control with a sample to hear, and the winner plate can carry a sentence you wrote, remove the winner, or remove everyone with that name. Keyboard shortcuts throughout, and an embed view for streams and slides.
Version 0.8
The instrument: nine machines from porcelain to neon, six colour palettes, a log of every draw in the session with its own identifier, the winner plate, fullscreen presentation mode, and a synthesised voice per machine so nothing is downloaded.
Version 0.7
The first working wheel: weighted draws from your browser’s cryptographic random source, elimination mode, five kinds of wheel, CSV import and export, links that carry the whole wheel, and wheels kept on your own device.
