Exactly as likely. Both segments start at the same weight and the same width, and the tool will never quietly favour one — a decision wheel whose no was heavier would be the one thing this product cannot afford to do.

Yes. Add an entry of your own — a maybe, an ask again tomorrow, a name — and the wheel becomes a three-way with equal chances. Every entry is editable, including the two it starts with.
